Dallas County Promise is an offer that we extend to students graduating from participating high schools to complete an associate or bachelor’s degree. Colleges and universities across North Texas have partnered with us to provide last-dollar scholarships to graduating high school seniors, covering tuition and fees after financial aid awards are applied.
