One year after a $3M investment from JPMorgan Chase, and in response to the “New Skills at Work” report, Dallas County Promise is helping to develop the analytics, strategy, and programming to drive economic mobility for all. In conjunction with the anniversary of that grant, we unveiled the report at an event and discussed the progress, projected outcomes and opportunity to further collaborate with education, community and business leaders in attendance.
The report documents how Dallas County is working to become the first American region to solve the talent gap by producing equity in college completion aligned to North Texas Workforce needs.
